The company was born from the union between two distinct realities:

 

- The LEATHER GOODS firm founded by Giorgio Salvini in 1968 and continued by his niece Angela Salvini, today in collaboration with her daughter Rachele Ulivelli.

 

- The FURS firm founded by Claudio Ulivelli in 1986 at Empoli but currently based at Calenzano.
